Bespoke Roof Assessment
We assess your roof’s tile type, age and condition, access points, and surrounding areas. This helps us choose the safest and most effective cleaning method for your property and provide a clear quote.
Protection & Setup
We put protective measures in place: safe access, plant and surface protection, any harnesses or platforms where needed, and all equipment set up. Your property is protected before any work begins.
Moss & Debris Removal
All moss, lichen, and debris are carefully removed and bagged from tiles, valleys and ridgelines. This prevents blockages and keeps your roof prepared for treatment.
Low Pressure Wash OR Roof Scrape
We either: gently wash your roof using a low-pressure approach to restore the original finish without damaging tiles. Or use our roof scraping method depending on our roof assessment.
Biocide Treatment
A professional biocide treatment is applied to kill remaining spores and inhibit regrowth (exposure dependent). Re-apply every 2-3 years to remain moss free.
Gutter Flush & Final Tidy
We clear all gutters and downpipes leaving all areas clean and tidy. Final photos are provided on request and our guarantee issued.
